I am a small business, not a huge multinational company. My working hours are Monday to Friday 8AM until late. I do not offer a weekend service during the summer months. This enables me to balance work with my home life. You will often be greeted by a voicemail message. This does not mean that I do not want your business, or that I don’t care. Sometimes, depending on the amount of work I have to do, you may have to wait until the next working day before you are contacted back. Please be patient, I will always call you back, provided you have left me a valid number. A good alternative is to email me as I then have a permanent copy of your message, which also appears on my mobile phone. You will receive back an auto responder message to confirm your email has been received.

  • Aerial Work

    All work at height is potentially dangerous and a risk assessment will be carried out on your property before any work is started. If weather conditions are un-suitable for work to be carried out, you will be given a priority call as soon as we are able to work.

  • Electronic Repair Work

    All work is subject to the availability of spare parts and an accurate diagnosis. In cases where we need to order spares, there will be a delay in your repair being completed. We do stock in excess of 10,000 small parts for television alone, but sometimes we have to order parts in from specialist wholesalers. You will be advised before we place an order in cases where the repair costs are in excess of £60.00.
